This lightweight primer instantly refines the look of pores, regulates shine, and creates a matte surface for smooth, long wearing makeup application.

Used under foundation, Shine Away Oil Blotting Primer extends wear and freshness of makeup. Used alone, it creates a long lasting matte finish that visibly shrinks pores and refines the look of the skin.

How To:

Apply over moisturizer before makeup. Apply liberally over entire face. Massage gently until absorbed. Can be re-applied over foundation, first blot with a tissue and then pat with a rolling motion with your fingertips. After, apply powder as needed.
